AI should be saving you hours by now.
Whether you haven’t started or only use it for the odd question, the missing piece is the same: AI properly set up to know you, your business, your guardrails and how you work.
In three weeks we put the proper foundations in place. Then you put it to work on the jobs that fill your week, and hand the repetitive ones to agents.
Everyone says I should be using AI, and I don’t know where to start.
It sounds like AI wrote it, so I end up rewriting it.
It made something up. How do I know what to trust?
One hands-on workshop each week, built around your work.
Every workshop is built around your real business challenges, in the tools and systems you use every day, so you can apply it straight away.

01Session 1 · Thu 26 Nov · 12 to 2pmGetting AI to Work and Think Like YouSet AI up to know your business, your brand voice and how you work, so its output is accurate, on-brand and ready to use.
- Custom instructions: who you are, what you do, and how you want AI to respond
- Memory: what AI remembers about you, how to check it, and how to correct it
- One-page briefs and operating principles AI uses every time, so its work fits your customers, services and way of working
- Teaching AI your tone of voice from your own writing
- Prompt structures and techniques to get the most out of AI, plus a routine for checking facts and figures
- Safe use: what never goes into AI, the privacy settings to switch on, and the Privacy Act 2020
- Projects: one workspace for each job you repeat, holding your files, instructions and examples
- Putting it to work: AI reviews your strategy, website or latest plan to find the weak spots and suggest improvements
02Session 2 · Thu 3 Dec · 12 to 2pmPractical AI for Your Day-to-Day WorkConnect AI to your inbox, calendar and files, and hand it the research, planning and reporting that fill your week.
- Mapping your week to find the tasks where AI saves you the most time
- Connecting AI to your email, calendar and files, and to sales, CRM or marketing tools, for example HubSpot, Salesforce or Canva
- Your daily and weekly planning assistant: AI reads your inbox and calendar, drafts replies and tells you what to focus on first
- Research in minutes: turn a question or rough notes into a sourced one-page plan
- Interactive dashboards with analysis: turn a spreadsheet or job list into a dashboard that shows what’s changed at a glance
- Automated reports: a weekly snapshot that runs on a schedule
03Session 3 · Thu 10 Dec · 12 to 2pmBuild Your Own AI AgentsBuild no-code agents that take whole jobs off your plate, from proposals and project updates to meetings and marketing.

- Proposals, decks and sales pitches: an agent that drafts them from a short brief, in your format and voice
- Project management: an agent that tracks tasks against your timeline, chases updates and drafts the weekly status
- Meetings: agendas before, minutes and actions after, follow-ups ready to send and diary times coordinated
- Marketing: an agent that drafts your content, creates on-brand designs and lines up social posts for you to approve
- Testing your agents with clear instructions and limits, and a 30-day plan for what to automate next
Every session comes with a step-by-step guide, ready-to-use prompt templates for Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and the recording.

I can’t believe how much I’ve learnt in 3 weeks. It’s taken my AI knowledge to a much higher level.

This course didn’t just upskill me. It gave me practical tools and tricks to stand out, in my career, my business, and my everyday life.

I’ve gone from a fairly basic user to feeling genuinely confident in how I apply them day to day.

What's the time commitment?
About 3 hours a week for three weeks: one 2-hour live session and around an hour for the weekly activity, plus two optional live Q&A sessions on Tuesday 1 and Tuesday 8 December, 12 to 1pm NZDT.
How much AI experience do I need?
None. Session 1 starts with the key terms. If you already use AI a little, you'll still get a lot from the set-up, connectors and agent-building sessions.
Which AI tool will I use?
Whichever one you have. We teach every skill so it works in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Google Gemini. We demo live in the tools the cohort uses, and the guides cover all four.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?
You can start on a free plan, and free plans work for Session 1. Connectors, automated reports and agents work best on a paid plan, and AI inside Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace apps needs a workplace licence. If you don't have one, you'll see it demonstrated and get the guide. Session 1 helps you choose a plan before you spend anything.
Can I trust what AI tells me?
Not blindly, and that's what Session 1 covers first. AI can state wrong facts, figures and sources with full confidence. You'll learn a simple checking routine, how to ask AI to show its working, and which tasks need a human check every time.
Will this touch my creative work or client files?
The focus is the work around your craft: briefs, proposals, quotes and client emails. You'll learn which settings keep client material out of AI training, and how to work within an NDA.
Can AI connect to my CRM or other tools?
Often, yes. Many tools connect to Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, for example HubSpot, Salesforce or Canva. What's available depends on your AI tool and plan, and some workplaces need IT to switch connectors on. Tell us your tools when you sign up, and we'll show you what's possible in Session 2.
Can I use the AI tool my workplace provides?
Yes. Session 1 covers how to read your organisation's AI policy, so you know what's allowed before you bring in work documents.
Is this suitable if my workplace uses Microsoft Copilot?
Yes. Every session covers Copilot, including Copilot in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, and building a Copilot agent in Session 3.
Is the course only for people in New Zealand?
It runs live online on New Zealand time and is built around New Zealand workplaces, including the Privacy Act 2020. Professionals in Australia are welcome.
What if I can't make a live session?
We record every live session and share it afterwards. Attend live where you can, because that's where you work hands-on and get your questions answered.
How is this different from the AI Marketing Fast-Track?
AI Fundamentals for Business covers the core AI skills every business owner and professional needs, using everyday work scenarios. The Fast-Track is built for marketers, with marketing content, creative and campaign work.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Choose 2 monthly payments of $249 + GST at checkout. The second payment is taken a month later, then payments stop automatically. You get a GST tax invoice for each.
Can I expense the course through my employer?
Yes. We provide a GST invoice in your company's name, and a Budget Approval Email Template to share with your manager.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Everyone who completes the course receives a Certificate of Completion you can share on LinkedIn.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If the course isn't what you expected, tell us within 7 days of Session 1 and we'll refund you in full.
